FAQ (FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS)
If I want to use my apartment myself, will I still receive rent?
Yes. Whether you use your apartment, leave it empty, or rent it out to someone else… Tashwell will pay you rent for 12 months in any case.
What happens if I rent my apartment to a third party?
You are free to do so. You can rent out your apartment, and in addition to this rent, you will still receive the guaranteed rent offered by Tashwell. In other words, you can earn two rents from one apartment.
What if it remains vacant and I can’t find a tenant?
No problem. Tashwell assumes the risk on your behalf. Even if the apartment remains empty, you will still receive rent. This model eliminates worries and guarantees the income from your investment.
How is the rent paid?
It is transferred to your bank account regularly every month. It is guaranteed through the Rental Guarantee Investment Model Agreement.
When do rent payments begin?
Rent payments begin 1 month after the apartment is delivered. Your first rent payment is made to your account 1 month after the delivery process is completed.
